Art & Play Therapy, Psychotherapy- Children, Teens, Adults, Parent Coaching
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist working with children, youth, adolescents, and adults. I offer parent coaching to help build skills, navigate behavioural challenges, and strengthen family dynamics. I also support individuals experiencing burnout and stress, particularly those navigating the often overwhelming demands of balancing parenting, work, relationships, or caring for aging parents.
I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and playful space where clients can feel safe to be themselves and explore their experiences in ways that feel meaningful to them. I incorporate creative approaches such as art, play, and drama, recognizing that therapy and healing does not always have to happen through words alone.
My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a foundation in attachment-based therapy. I believe that each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and ways of understanding the world into therapy. I take the time to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, accepted, and supported without judgment.
Whether through creativity, conversation, play, or simply having a safe space to be heard, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand ourselves, navigate life’s challenges, and discover new ways of coping and connecting.
