Creative Writing for Healing

Expressive writing helps us process the world around us. Research has shown that creative writing is also beneficial for helping us confront and work through our own traumatic experiences and the complex range of emotions that can stemming from them. This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to try their hand at creative writing and/or wanting to learn how to utilize writing as a vehicle for healing.
