A psychoeducational group for teens ages 12-15 yrs.
Appropriate for all – and for those struggling with social and family relationships (friends, siblings, parents, teachers), individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and stress, those using self-harm or substance use/abuse, and teenagers struggling with behavioural issues, including aggression or theft.
